WHAT ARE YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS?

I accept most credit and debit cards via Paypal at checkout.

CAN I SPECIAL ORDER AN ITEM?

My primary goal is to get YOU exactly what you want. If I am currently out of stock of something you want, email me and I will gladly put you on a waiting list.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

My policy lasts 7 days on standard production items. If 7 days have gone by since receipt of product, unfortunately I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

My policy on custom or special items is no returns allowed due to the made to order nature of the products.

Should you damage your product during installation, a return or refund will not be allowed. All products should be handled and installed with care and finesse. 

If the reason for returning a product is due to a suspected defect, contact me directly and I will work with you personally to resolve the issue. At the end of the day, your satisfaction matters most!
